Pennsylvania confirms April start date for iGaming licensing process

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) will open a 120-day window next month during which the state's casinos can submit applications for an online gaming licence.

The state's existing land-based licensed operators will be able to submit a petition for an 'Interactive Gaming Certificate' from April 16th.

Three categories of licence will be available covering peer-to-peer interactive games such as poker, non-peer-to-peer table games, and non-peer-to-peer interactive games such as slots.
