The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has moved to address a gap in its planned iGaming regulations by giving licensees the green light to operate multiple sites, or skins, in the state.
The clarification came as part of Temporary Rules and Regulations 125-215, and will allow companies that secure an interactive gaming certificate the right to launch an uncapped number of gaming sites.
