The Supreme Court decision to overturn the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) has prompted a positive response from a number of State Governors, who are already looking into when their states can launch sports betting.
New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, who became the lead plaintiff in New Jersey's appeal against PASPA when he replaced Chris Christie in January, paid tribute to the lawmakers who had fought for sports betting in the state.
