The Swedish Competition Authority has rejected the complaint filed by online gaming industry association BOS against former monopoly operator ATG seeking access to its horse racing betting pools.
BOS filed the complaint with the Swedish Competition Authority in April, arguing that ATG has selectively granted access to its horse racing betting pools to foreign gaming companies while rejecting requests from licensed operators in the Swedish market, thereby abusing its dominant market position.
