Independent player protection organisation eCOGRA said that a total of 846 disputes were submitted online to eCOGRA throughout 2010, an increase of 10 per cent versus the previous year, including a number of complaints concerning a player syndicate which was fraudulently manipulating bonuses.
A total of 846 disputes were submitted online to eCOGRA last year, of which 67 concerned companies not accredited through eCOGRA and therefore outside the boundaries of the authority of eCOGRA's Fair Gaming Advocate (FGA).
