Online betting exchange operator Betfair has filed a new complaint with the European Commission against Germany’s amended draft State Treaty on Gaming, which the company says remains incompatible with EU law.
Betfair filed its first complaint against the draft State Treaty in July, citing protectionist measures contained in the Treaty which it said were designed to keep private operators out of the market.
