Bragg Gaming, Boldplay and Zitro secure Peru iGaming licences

22nd March 2024 2:05 pm GMT

Bragg Gaming, Boldplay and Zitro Digital have become the latest suppliers to be granted licence approval to enter Peru’s soon-to-be regulated iGaming market.

The approval by the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) enables Bragg to distribute online casino games, including its proprietary and exclusive games portfolio, via the Bragg HUB aggregation platform.

“Bragg has a proven track-record of quickly adapting our cutting-edge platform technology and games to the regulatory requirements of new jurisdictions, and we are excited to be fully prepared and ready to offer our services immediately when the Peruvian online market opens,” said Bragg Gaming head of aggregation Ivica Jovanovski.

“Peru has great potential as a new market, and we look forward to assisting our operator partners through the process of launching competitive offerings online, including a portfolio of premium games which can be enjoyed by Peruvian players.”

The licence also marks a significant milestone for Zitro, which already has a strong presence across the country’s land-based casinos.

“Peru represents a strategic market for Zitro’s continued growth, and we are eager to expand our presence into this newly regulated jurisdiction,” said Zitro Digital chief operating officer José Javier Martí. “We are proud to be recognized as a trusted online slot supplier by MINCETUR and look forward to collaborating with Peruvian operators to introduce our online portfolio, including our gamification tools to their players.

“These tools will not only provide operators with extensive possibilities for their marketing efforts but also enable them to stand out and add uniqueness to their brands. Zitro Digital doesn’t just limit itself to making excellent games available to the operator, we accompany them so that Zitro games are presented to the player in the most engaging way possible.”

Boldplay is another supplier to gain approval in Peru this week.

“As one of the first companies to receive approval in Peru, we are thrilled to bring our world-class gaming content to operators and players in the country,” said Boldplay CEO and founder Valli Fragoso. “With our diverse portfolio of games and commitment to excellence, we look forward to delivering exceptional entertainment experiences in a safe and regulated manner to the Peruvian gaming community.”
