Senator Joseph Addabbo of New York has introduced legislation to authorise online casino gaming in the state.
The proposed bill would allow New York’s four upstate commercial gaming facilities and Native American class III gaming facilities to offer online slot and table games to players located within the state, with all interactive bets deemed to have been placed at the licensed facility hosting the interactive wagering platform.
