Lawmakers in Oklahoma will consider a new bill that would allow recognised Native American tribes to offer in-person and online sports betting.
The proposed legislation would authorise sports betting offered by tribal gaming operators, subject to a requirement that at least four recognised Indian tribes agree to the state’s proposed Model Tribal Gaming Compact Supplement.
