Newly introduced bills in Mississippi aim to authorize sports betting online and the operation of slots in airports.
Following unsuccessful attempts to pass similar legislation last year, Representative Casey Eure has introduced HB 606 to allow licensed gaming establishments to offer “betting, gaming or wagering on sporting events or athletic events or any events authorized by the Mississippi Gaming Commission”.
