Lawmakers in New Hampshire are looking to create a new community college scholarship program that would be funded by online gambling.
The proposed online gambling market would be open to players over the age of 18 who are physically present in the state and will offer responsible gambling tools such as daily, weekly and monthly wagering limits, as well as a voluntary self-exclusion program.
