Curacao moves towards new regulatory framework

After years as one of the laxest online gaming licensing jurisdictions in the world, Curaçao is looking to clean up its act.

Curaçao originally introduced its remote gambling law in 1993 in what is known as its National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (NOOGH).
