The Government of France has unveiled new safer gambling messaging that all operators will be required to display in future advertising.
The proposed order relating to the warning message against excessive or pathological gambling was notified to the European Commission on 6 January and is subject to a three-month standstill period.
The proposed order will come into force 30 days after its publication in the official state gazette.
