Daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator FantasyDraft has pulled out of its planned acquisition of rival Fantasy Aces, less than a week after announcing the deal.
The reasons behind the deal's collapse have not been made public, with FantasyDraft stating only that issues identified during the due diligence process meant that it would no longer acquire Fantasy Aces' assets.
