Games provider Pragmatic Play has completed its second major acquisition following a deal for virtual sports supplier VSoftCo.

Pragmatic Play said that the acquisition would extend the supplier’s multi-product approach following its acquisition of live casino provider Extreme Live Gaming from Novomatic last year.

VSoftCo offers a wide selection of virtual sports products for retail and online customers such as Eurobet, Meridianbet, Nairabet, Sisal and Swissbet among others. Its flagship title is the Fantastic League virtual football game, which features richly detailed graphics and immersive sound design.

“We are very pleased to have completed this acquisition, an agreement that broadens our multi-product strategy and underlines our position as one of the iGaming industry’s premier and most forward-thinking providers,” said Pragmatic Play chief business development officer Yossi Barzely.

“VSoftCo’s premier suite of virtual sports content speaks for itself, delivering a hugely popular array of products to operators all over the world, and we look forward to enhancing our offering to operators with their games and expertise via one single API.”

Pragmatic Play will be showcasing its multi-product portfolio at ICE next week in London, including over 100 HTML5 slots, alongside its new live casino and bingo products.
