Licence approval continues ThrillTech’s expansion in regulated markets across Europe and the Americas

ThrillTech is set to launch its side-bet jackpot technology in Ontario after securing licence approval to enter the Canadian province.

The Gaming-Related Supplier licence by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) enables ThrillTech to deploy player-funded jackpot mechanics to licensed operators that layer over their existing core products.

The jackpot functions as a completely independent, opt-in side bet, that does not interrupt gameplay or alter the return-to-player (RTP) mathematics of the underlying games.

“Securing our AGCO licence is a major step in our mission to transform how jackpots are delivered at scale across regulated markets,” said ThrillTech co-founder Benjamin Bradtke. “This latest certification is testament to our robust technology and trusted compliance frameworks, allowing us to continue our global growth trajectory.

“We are thrilled to bring our proven, compliant jackpot technology to Ontario, empowering locally licensed operators to uplift revenue without cannibalising existing spend.”

With the new licence, Ontario joins ThrillTech’s expanding portfolio of regulated jurisdictions, which include the United Kingdom, Sweden, the Netherlands, Romania, Malta, Gibraltar, Brazil, and Peru.
