An advert promoting what Sky Vegas described as its “no lose month” has been banned by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) after it was ruled to have misled consumers.
In January of this year, the Sky Vegas site featured an ad with the text: “No lose month throughout January.”
It claimed that upon opting in to the No Lose offer, players would receive 100 per cent cashback on net losses, with the losses to be credited back [...]
