SuperBet, Gaming Innovation Group's iGaming Cloud and Lottoland have all deployed Optimove's predictive analytics solutions to manage player marketing efforts.

The three companies have each deployed Optimove's Relationship Marketing Hub, allowing them to automate the delivery of personalised player communications.

Optimove's data-driven solutions allow clients to manage and automate customer marketing campaigns using predictive modelling and artificial intelligence. This means a player’s actions can trigger certain campaigns, ensuring they are targeted with the most relevant messages, helping increase spend and engagement while reducing churn.

Superbet and Lottoland will both use the solution to improve player retention efforts, with Gaming Innovation Group to integrate the solution into its iGaming Cloud platform, allowing clients to access the technology.

"One of the biggest challenges we face in the online gaming space is effectively building brand differentiation and player loyalty," Superbet group director of gaming Oren Cohen Shwartz said. "Optimove's use of predictive customer modelling and one-to-one personalisation allows us to stand apart and interact with our customers in the most relevant and appealing ways."

Lottoland vice president of online marketing David Murphy said: "We are impressed with the power that Optimove gives us to manage, execute and systematically optimise all of our ongoing player marketing efforts."

Optimove chief executive Pini Yakuel said the deals have been struck during an "extremely exciting" period for the business.

"These three recent deals validate our philosophy of using advanced data science to guide marketing, and further cement our place as the industry leader for the large-scale automation of personalised relationship marketing and retention," he said.
