The UK Advertising Standards Authority has upheld a complaint against an ad by online gaming operator ProgressPlay.
The November 2023 ad on the JeffBet website offered players a £30 free bet on a £10 bet, with the offer open to new players only.
The complaint was filed by an individual who was denied the bonus, despite being a new JeffBet customer.
