BetMGM UK becomes official betting partner of The Jockey Club

BetMGM has been unveiled as an official betting partner of The Jockey Club and sponsor of the Country Hurdle during this week’s Cheltenham Festival.

The new partnership with The Jockey Club, which owns 15 racecourses in Britain, will see BetMGM sponsor a number of flagship races and racedays at Jockey Club Racecourses.

This will begin with its sponsorship of the County Hurdle, the £100,000 Premier Handicap staged over an extended two miles on the fourth and final day of the Cheltenham Festival, known as Gold Cup Day, on Friday 15 March.

In addition to the BetMGM County Hurdle, the sponsorship will also include the Grade Two Haldon Gold Cup (Exeter) and Grade Two Elite Hurdle (Wincanton), which both take place during The West Country Weekend in November, as well as races during Cheltenham’s Christmas Meeting in December.
