Frankfurt-listed online lotteries broker Tipp24 SE is to seek shareholder approval to relocate from Germany to the “stable regulatory environment” of the United Kingdom, from where it plans to launch a new business-to-business division targeting the lotteries sector.
The move follows the spin-off of Tipp24’s German business in July 2012, which is now independently listed as Lotto24 AG.
