VGW Gaming Limited, owner of the US-facing Chumba Casino social casino platform, is aiming to raise AUD$3.5m as part of its initial public offering on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) planned for the end of next month.
The operator was acquired by Synergy Plus last year, with the business renamed as VGW Gaming.
