Toronto-listed Breaking Data Corp. has completed the acquisition of Oryx Gaming and will make its trading debut on the TSX Venture Exchange on December 27th as Bragg Gaming Group.
The name change represents a significant shift in strategic direction for the company, alongside a new executive team and board of directors.
