Casinos Austria International (CAI) has become the latest gaming operator to make its move into the growing Italian video lottery terminals (VLT) market, forming a new joint venture with Italian gaming operator Cogetech S.p.A under which the two parties will invest a total of €40 million to launch up to twenty video lottery gaming outlets in the country.
