Targeting the untapped potential of the South African online gaming market, Ladbrokes plc has formed a new joint venture to launch an online sportsbook ahead of the football World Cup in June through a partnership with KaiRo International Group, a leading operator of casinos and electronic gaming rooms throughout Africa.
