Betfair Group has appointed current deputy chairman Gerald Corbett as its new chairman, replacing Edward Wray who announced his decision to step down from the role in December.
In addition to stepping down as chairman of Betfair, Wray will also be leaving the company’s board, although he will remain on the board of subsidiary LMAX.
