Zynga has appointed former DeNA executive Clive Downie as its new chief operating officer.
Downie brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Zynga, having most recently served as chief executive of mobile social gaming company DeNA's American and European division, where he oversaw the company's mobile social games platform.
