Sports Information Services (SIS) has appointed former DraftKings director Harry Heynes to the newly created role of head of new business.

Heynes is tasked with broadening the supplier’s commercial reach and joins the company from Inspired Entertainment, where he served as virtual sports business development director.

Before that, Heynes was director of business development at DraftKings, and has also worked at the likes of SBTech, Sporting Solutions and Paysafe Group.

His commercial experience and proven business acumen will help to take our products further in new markets as we continue to push the boundaries in terms of adding value to the sportsbooks of our partner,” said Paul Witten, EMEA managing director at SIS.
