Simon Denyer has taken charge as sole chief executive of digital sports content provider PERFORM Group, after the company confirmed that Oliver Slipper is stepping down as co-CEO.
Slipper, who has served as joint chief executive of the business with Denyer since it was established in 2007, will become a non-executive director of PERFORM, but has left his position to pursue opportunities in different industries.
