Toronto-listed social casino operator Imperus Technologies is embarking on an overhaul of its board of directors, with the company’s founder and former chief executive Daniel Kajouie set to retire from the board alongside former vice chairman Tito Gandhi.
The pair have stepped down with immediate effect, having both served on the board since November 2013.
