Former Multimedia Games CEO and Aristocrat director strengthens IGT and Everi’s gaming technology expertise
IGT has appointed gaming industry veteran Patrick Ramsey to the board of directors of Voyager TopCo, the parent company of IGT and Everi.
Ramsey brings extensive experience spanning gaming operations, technology, product strategy, and business transformation, with his appointment subject to regulatory approvals.
He has advised and led organizations through periods of growth, innovation and market expansion, including as CEO of Multimedia Games (which was acquired by Global Cash Access and rebranded as Everi in 2015), as well as various executive positions at Caesars Entertainment, and more than ten years’ service at Aristocrat Leisure.
“Pat’s broad industry perspective and deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem make him a valuable addition to the Voyager Board,” said chairman Daniel Cohen. “His experience across technology, operations, and market development will support the company as we continue delivering value to customers and expanding our global presence.”

Ramsey also serves on the Board of Codere Group and on the operating council of charitable gaming provider Arrow International.
