Playtech has hired former Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) partner Alex Latner as its new general counsel.
Latner has spent his entire legal career with BLP, having joined the firm in 1998 and qualified in its corporate finance department in 2000. He has worked as an advisor to Playtech for almost 12 years, working on a number of major projects and acquisitions during that time.
