London-listed gaming technology supplier Sportech has announced the appointment of Richard McGuire as its next chairman, replacing Roger Withers who will be retiring next month.
McGuire has served on the board of Sportech since August 2016 as a non-executive director and was previously chairman of Timeweave plc, the joint owner of horseracing broadcaster TurfTV.
He will assume the chairman's office at the next annual general meeting of the company on May 24th, when Withers will step down [...]
