As the state government looks to strengthen integrity assurance in the Victorian racing industry following revelations of corruption across the three racing codes in recent years, the Australian state of Victoria has appointed former Police officer and corporate security specialist Sal Perna as its inaugural Racing Integrity Commissioner.
