The board of directors of Spanish gaming operator Codere have been re-elected to their positions for a further two years by the company's shareholders.
Codere's General Shareholders' Meeting on Thursday (June 28th) saw non-executive chairman Norman Sorensen Valdez and independent director Matthew Turner re-elected to the board for a further two years.
Their fellow board members David Reganato, Timothy Lavelle and Manuel Martínez-Fidalgo were also re-elected for a further two years, serving as non-independent directors.
