US casino operator Caesars Entertainment has appointed Monica Digilio as executive vice president and chief human resources officer.
Digilio joins Caesars from luxury resort management company Montage Hotels and Resorts, where she has served in a similar role since April 2012.
In addition to her leadership role at Montage, Digilio spent 12 years as executive vice president of global human resources at Kerzner International, a developer and operator of destination resorts, casinos and luxury hotels.
