Nevada-based casino operator Affinity Gaming has appointed gaming executive Tony Rodio as its new chief executive.
Rodio has more than three decades of experience in the gaming industry, mostly recently serving as president and CEO of Tropicana Entertainment, which was acquired by Eldorado Resorts earlier this month.
