Lara Falzon steps down as Bragg president and COO

Gaming supplier Bragg Gaming has confirmed that president and chief operator officer Lara Falzon will leave the company at the end of this year.

Falzon has served as president and COO since November 2021, having been appointed to Bragg’s board of directors in March 2021.

She will remain actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company until her departure.

“During her time as a board member and in senior management as president and COO, Lara has been an invaluable member of our team as her contributions to our success and growth have been substantial,” said Bragg chairman and CEO Matevž Mazij.

“Lara’s dedication, leadership and hard work have left a significant mark on Bragg, and we are grateful for the knowledge and experience she brought to the Company. We wish her all the best for the next chapter in her career.”

Commenting on her departure, Falzon said: “I am honored to have been part of the Bragg team during a time when the company made so much progress in establishing its foundation to achieve consistent growth. I am confident the company has outstanding leadership and team members to guide its continued success going forward.”

Shares in Bragg Gaming Group Inc (TOR:BRAG) closed 2.71 per cent lower at CAD$6.47 per share in Toronto Monday.
