Stockholm-listed iGaming affiliate Raketech Group has expanded its Board of Directors with the appointments of Marina Andersson and Patrick Jonker.
The company’s shareholders voted unanimously in favour of electing Andersson and Jonker as members of the Board at last week’s Annual General Meeting.
Andersson brings over 20 years of senior corporate development and M&A experience from Stillfront Group and Deloitte, and previously worked for Carnegie and ICECAPITAL.
Jonker has significant experience in the iGaming sector, having served as managing director for Betsson Group and William Hill International.
The two new members of the Board replace Pierre Cadena, who resigned as a director in October to join rival Catena Media, and Johan Svensson, who stepped down as director to focus entirely on his role as chief commercial officer.
Raketech’s Board is now comprised of five members:
- Rolf Ulrik Bengtsson, member and chairman of the Board
- Erik Johan Sebastian Skarp, member
- Clare Marie Boynton, member
- Marina Andersson, member
- Patrick Jonker, member
Earlier this month, Raketech reported a 66 per cent increase in revenue to €21.5 million for the third quarter of 2023, with adjusted EBITDA up 16.5 per cent at €5.6 million.
Shares in Raketech Group Holding (STO:RAKE) were trading 1.59 per cent higher at SEK16.62 per share in Stockholm Monday morning.
