Sportradar expands finance team with new SVP

Sportradar has strengthened its finance division with the appointment of Jim Bombassei as senior vice president of investor relations and corporate finance.

Bombassei most recently served as chief financial officer (CFO) at Light & Wonder-owned social gaming operator SciPlay Corporation.

Prior to that, he spent nearly 30 years at American media giant Viacom, leading the company’s corporate finance and investor relations activities.

He will be based in New York and will report directly to Sportradar CFO Gerard Griffin.

“Jim will be a great asset as we continue to communicate our vision and strategy to the market and our investor community.”

Shares in Sportradar Group AG (NASDAQ:SRAD) closed 0.79 per cent lower at $10.01 per share in New York Tuesday.
