Eastern European-facing gaming operator Parimatch Tech has confirmed the departure of CEO Maksym Liashko.
During a shareholder meeting this meeting, Parimatch’s board accepted Liashko’s resignation from his role as CEO, as well as managing partner of the company’s management consultancy and investment firm Energame.
Liashko has managed Parimatch in Ukraine and globally since April 2022, having previously served as co-CEO alongside Roman Syrotian.
“Energame and Parimatch will in the meantime be managed directly by relevant corporate boards supported by a cadre of capable and long-standing senior staff that enjoy the full confidence of the shareholders,” said Parimatch in a statement.
“All of the group’s companies continue operating as normal while the shareholders have initiated a search for the new CEO to lead the group and continue to deliver the outstanding level of services to customers and partners worldwide.”
