GLI names new chief business officer for Asia-Pacific region

Independent testing lab Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has appointed Richard Howarth as chief business officer for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

In his new role, Howarth will oversee business growth strategies for GLI’s testing labs in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Macao.

Howarth most recently served as chief business officer of Australian technology supplier IXUP, which launched the country’s first national self-exclusion register BetStop.

Prior to that he held various senior management positions at Australian hospitality group Trippas White Group, and also worked for the likes of Star Entertainment Group and Sportingbet.
