AvatarUX names Lara Falzon as new CEO

Malta-headquartered casino games developer AvatarUX has appointed Lara Falzon as chief executive officer.

Falzon will succeed Nicola Longmuir, who is leaving the company in January for family reasons after serving as CEO since early 2022.

Falzon has a wealth of iGaming experience and most recently served as president and chief operating officer of Bragg Gaming. Prior to that, she held senior positions with Red Tiger and NetEnt.

“I’m honoured to take over as CEO of AvatarUX at what is an extremely exciting time for the company,” said Falzon. “AvatarUX has grown incredibly fast and has made an impression with operators and players alike for their innovation and the fantastic entertainment their games offer.
