Everi agrees on-property mobile gaming deal in Kansas

12th April 2024 9:30 am GMT

New York-listed gaming supplier Everi Holdings has entered into an agreement to launch its Vi on-property mobile gaming solution with Prairie Band Casino & Resort in Kansas.

The Vi platform is delivered through Everi's BeOn mobile services and combines Everi Digital games, CashClub Wallet, the Everi Compliance anti-money laundering (AML) solution, and Trilogy loyalty platform.

The on-property mobile solution will enable Prairie Band customers to play Everi’s Class II games across the resort, including in their hotel rooms, in restaurants and bars.

“We are delighted to work with Prairie Band for this industry-unique offering,” said Everi executive vice president of strategy and digital gaming Tim Richards. “The seamless Vi mobile solution will help increase player interaction at Prairie Band by providing our proven Class II gaming content and delivering it straight to a player's existing mobile device.

“Vi addresses all guest touchpoints within the resort and is an easy-entry solution that provides a unique gaming entertainment experience for players, along with new revenue opportunities for Prairie Band.”

Prairie Band Casino & Resort director of gaming Chris Garrow added: “We are excited to expand our gaming offering beyond the traditional gaming floor to the entire resort. We are always looking for ways to enhance our guests gaming experience.”

In February, Everi and International Game Technology (IGT) announced plans to merge a spinout of IGT's Global Gaming and PlayDigital businesses with Everi to create a global gaming equipment, FinTech services, and casino systems provider.

Shares in Everi Holdings Inc (NYSE:EVRI) closed 1.19 per cent higher at $9.39 per share in New York Thursday.
