The New York State Gaming Commission has issued a request for proposals for a contract to study the state’s existing gaming industry and assess the impact of regulatory changes within and outside the state.
The Commission seeks a qualified vendor to provide an analysis of the current gaming market, including the economic impact of the Upstate New York Gaming Economic Development Act of 2013, which authorised up to seven casinos.
