London-listed digital marketing specialist XLMedia has said that it will not propose a final dividend for 2019 as the company looks to accelerate a number of strategic initiatives and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.
XLMedia is continuing to work with Google to understand the issues which have led to certain websites being demoted, with 107 sites impacted since the initial announcement last month.
