London-listed gaming operator and supplier Playtech has postponed
its share buyback programme and cancelled its final dividend for 2019 as it
shores up its financial position.
The company said Thursday that the buyback programme would
be postponed until further notice in order to maximise liquidity, with
approximately €10m of the €40m programme completed.
This will also see Playtech withdraw its €0.12 final dividend for 2019, which was due to be proposed at the company’s annual general meeting in May.
