Malta-based iGaming software provider FAST TRACK has signed a deal to provide its customer relationship management (CRM) solution to operator Alea.
FAST TRACK will provide Alea’s flagship SlotsMillion online casino with its real-time player engagement platform, allowing the operator to centralise all aspects of player communication and rewards.
The FT CRM solution has the flexibility to allow SlotsMillion to create advanced segmentation, as well as automate a wide range of communications and rewards.
