West Virginia’s regulated sports betting market collected $3.0m in wagers during the five-week period ended 2 May, all of which was generated via mobile.
Total wagers were down by 80 per cent compared to the previous month’s $14.7m following the closure of the state’s casinos in mid-March as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
