New York-listed Scientific Games has been awarded a new ten-year contract to replace rival IGT as the Kansas Lottery’s new technology partner.
Scientific Games will begin implementing its lottery gaming systems and related services in July 2018, replacing current technology which has been provided by IGT since the lottery’s inception 30 years ago.
The ten-year contract for full facility management services also includes the option to renew for a further five years.
